Jack Lalanne’s Favorite Supplements
If you haven’t heard, fitness celebrity Jack Lalanne passed away this past Sunday, January 23rd, at age 96. Jack is best remembered for his many feats of endurance and strength always performed on his birthday, proving that age is truly just a number when compared to grit and relentless determination.
So how did Lalanne stay so fit, so healthy, and live such a long, productive life?
