The Scoop on Jack3d by USP Labs

January 4th, 2010

USP Labs Jack3d

Calls were coming in about the new USP Labs Jack3d today, so I thought I would share the product information with you.  USP Labs created Jack3d to compete with the popular pre-workout supplements like BSN NO-Xplode.  They claim that Jack3d gives you explosive energy, so not only will it get you up to go to the gym, you have power to hit all the your reps and get through even your toughest workout.

Jack3d is carbohydrate free, and their label boasts “Ultra-Intense Muscle Gorging Strength, Energy, Power and Endurance”.  This is all due to the all-in-one Proprietary blend USP Labs has created after years of research.  Jack3d is formulated with a blend of Arginine, Beta Alanine, Creatine, and all of the energy components.

All we keep hearing is that users did more reps, were able to pump through their work-out and finish cardio reps with ease.  Other people that tried Jack3d say they also notice that they don’t crash after their workout like they have with other products.

So far USP Labs Jack3d comes in popular Lemon-Lime and Fruit Punch flavors.  You can order an 8.8 ounce container which gives you 45 servings of 5.55 grams each.  Here are the recommended serving instructions from USP Labs for Jack3d:

Stir 1-3 Ultra-Concentrated Scoops with 4-8 ounces of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before beginning activity. Due to extreme potency, it’s highly recommended to assess tolerance by using 1 to 1 1/2 scoop serving before consuming full dose, especially if you are sensitive to stimulants. Some individuals may find 1, 1.5 or 2 scoops per serving is the ideal dose for workout domination. Do not exceed 3 scoops in any 24-hour period.

So if you are tired of your old pre-workout drinks or just want to try something new, this product just hit the shelves and has already gained plenty of popularity.  Let us know what you think!

Inside the container there is a very small “spoon”. When you say 1-3 scoops are you referring to 1-3 of those scoops or are you referring to a scoop when pertaining to cooking. My scoop in my whey products are 5 X’s the size. Please advise.

    Hey Brian,

1 scoop refers to 1 scoop with the scooper given in the container.

Jack3d is pretty potent so serving doesn’t have to be overly large.

Brian, Jeff is right. The makers of Jack3d designed the product to contain all of the essential ingredients of a pre-workout drink without the extra fillers. The product is small but mighty!
