I was very interested in a reply to Freida about problems with weight loss. I have no medical problems, in fact my yearly physical just completed was excellent. But no matter what I do, my weiight just keeps cllimbing. I just turned 61 and am more active than many women my age. Go to the gym as often as I can doing weights, cardio, yoga. Work at my fathers farm weekly getting so tired at times that I have to stop and nap. I also work part time at a hospital at a very active job and I photograph weddings on the side. Then there is the yard work, house work, I could go on and on. I suffer from constant exhaustion. I eat well, no junk, soda, any of that. Follow a modified Adkins program with lots of fresh fruits and vegies. I just had a weekend from hell, 3 days of getting up at 4:30 a.m. going to my job, and working on a two consecutive day wedding after I got off work. I has taken me a day to recover from it. Yet with all that, I gained 2 pounds. No I didn't eat cake! But I did eat at home, my food. Lecithin has been suggested as another possiblity. With all this do you have any further suggestions for me? Thanks so much, I am desparate to lose 20 pounds.
