It is lactose free for people on milk restricted diets. Use it in cooking, much like flour, to create low fat, high protein dishes or shake it into a nutritious drink.
Vege Fuel can be used as a high-protein, fat-free shake. S imply add 2 level scoops (scoop inlcuded inside each container) to eight fluid ounces of your favorite juice or beverage. For a smoother effect, mix in an electric blender with 1 or 2 ice cubes or crushed ice. Fresh fruit may also be added.
