Manufacturer's Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take two capsules before breakfast or morning exercise session, and two capsules at mid-afternoon with 8 ounces of water. Do not take in the evening. DO NOT EXCEED FOUR CAPSULES PER DAY. Individuals weighing under 150 pounds may wish to begin use with one-half the recommended dose for the first week (one capsule twice per day). For best results, use as part of a reduced fat diet and exercise program.

 Good all-around diet support for those just starting a weight loss program

| Details: Cytodyne's Xenadrine is an all-in-one diet product that is probably just what you need if you are just embarking on your weight loss program of diet and exercise.
At that stage, a person needs a little help in every area; energy boost, metabolism, focus and mood, and appetite control.
This is exactly what Xenadrine can do for you. I found it delivered moderate effects in all those areas, but wasn't especially strong in any one area.
Xenadrine is probably not something you are going to use forever or year-round because as you establish your new healthier lifestyle, you'll find that you only need help in certain areas (pre-workout energy, appetite control) in which case you'd want to use products especially intended for that purpose.
But for those starting out, who just need some help getting the ball rolling, this would be a good choice.
