One capsule contains 1300 mg of 100% pure evening primrose oil supplying 130 mg of Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) and 962 mg of Cis-Linoleic Acid (LA). The evening primrose oil is extracted without hexane or other chemical solvents. It uses only the cold process 'expeller-press' method of extraction which is simply squeezing the oil out of the seed without heat. Softgels: 30's; 60's.
