Girlfriend is getting good results with NOW Progesterone

Details: My girlfriend, who will kill me when she reads this, was having just the worst time with PMS and especially so around last holiday season. She went to her OB/GYN who recommended she start using a progesterone cream and explained to her what the benefits were.(Progesterone is a natural hormone, and very safe, but any women in doubt about whether or not she needs it should do the same and check with her doctor). She's been using it for 7 months now and she says she is much more comfortable in the premenstrual days. I'll say she's in a much better mood during that time. Research says the progesterone is probably responsible for both effects and what's more, it may even help protect against osteoporosis.
