Manufacturer's Directions:
Shake well prior to use. Dispense 2.5 mL to 5 mL of REDLINE into mouth and swallow. Always begin use with 2.5 mL two times daily to assess tolerance. Never exceed more than 5 mL in a single dosage or exceed 5 mL daily. For best results, consume five to six servings of various high grade proteins as part of your daily diet. Do not consume REDLINE on an empty stomach.
