Manufacturer's Directions:
Blender- Add one scoop of ON's 100% Egg Protein into a blender filled with 6 fl oz of cold water, juice, milk, or your favorite beverage. Cover and blend for 20-30 seconds. Add 1-3 ice cubes then blend for an additional 30 seconds.

Shaker- Fill a shaker bottle with 6-8 fl oz of ice-cold water or favorite beverage. Add one scoop of ON's 100% Egg Protien. Cover and shake for 30 seconds.
