Details: The Twinlab Women's Ultra Daily is a great multi-vitamin. I tried a sample when I started working at AllStarHealth.com and now I take it every day. You can tell it is really designed specifically for women. The Hair, Nails and Skin Blend with Biotin helps my hair and nails grow faster. I also get a nice burst of energy every day - must be the 25 mg of Niacin, the B Vitamins, and all the other minerals/vitamins in the Energy and Vitality Blend. I recommend this to all the ladies looking for a good multi.
