Manufacturer's Directions:
Take one pack everyday for 21 consecutive days. On training days, take pack 45 minutes prior to excercise. On non-training days, take one pack in the morning or in the early afternoon. For maximum results cycle product: three weeks on and one week off. Repeat as desired.
