| Details: I use EAS and other brands of glutamine powder to boost to benefits I get out of my protein shakes. This is very high quality glutamine with a characteristic fluffy white powdery texture and slighty-sweet to neutral taste.
Sure, all protein powders contain 'some' glutamine, but since glutamine is used all over the body, I feel I need to take more to ensure that I have plenty available to fuel muscle growth without sacrificing immune function or digestive health.
