Manuf acturer's Directions: You will find Fabulous Fiber very pleasant to take and easy to prepare. Dissolve one level scoop full with about 8 oz. of milk or juice (orange, apple, pineapple, etc.) in a blender (or mix by hand if you prefer). Drink within a few minutes of mixing as it will tend to thicken up if allowed to stand too long. For best results, regular use is important.
