Details: I'm not the only one who appreciates Source Naturals' Wellness Formula; it's been a bestseller for well over a decade. I discovered it in 1995 when working in a health food store; people were coming in and asking for Wellness Formula by name, and I'd overhear customers recommending it to each other. It's a combination of herbs, vitamins and minerals that all contribute something to your body's resistance to disease. You can use it when you're sick (3 tablets 3 times a day) or when you're healthy to help stay healthy (1 tablets 3 times a day'). It's not a cure-all, nothing is, but it is a great product for whenever your immune system needs a boost.
