Manufacturer's Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 Cylaris caplets with a glass of water 2 times daily, before meals. Do not exceed 4 caplets in a 24-hour period. Do not take 5 hours before bedtime. For best results, use Cylaris for 8 weeks in conjunction with a sensible diet and a regular exercise program. To assess individual tolerance, follow the chart. Do not snack after dinner. Consume ten 8oz. glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
