Manufacturer's Directions:
Start out with 1 tablet in the evening on an empty stomach. Increase by one tablet each evening until you expereince 2-3 bowel movements per day. Maintain that dosage until loose stool develops. When you experience loose stool, simply decrease the dosage by 1 tablet. Maintain the lower dosage until loose stool deveolps. Decrease each time loose stool develops until you expereince 2-3 bowel movements per day on your own - Do not exceed 6 tablets of this product per day.
