One of the best vegetarian enzyme products I've used

Details: There are a few people in my family - and maybe yours - that have trouble digesting some foods. And it's a shame to share a nice meal together only to see them become uncomfortable afterwards. One gets reflux type symptoms, one always feels bloated, one says none of the above; the food just won't settle. I know all of these can be caused be an insufficiency of digestive enzyme. We have a few vegetarians in the family so so I bought a bottle of these and the last time we got together I made them take a few capsules before dinner. They were skeptical as usual. I was a little skeptical too, since it's thought that the animal-source enzymes are much stronger and make for more effective products. To our pleasant surprise, however, everyone seemed to get a more comfortable settled feeling after the meal. Then, they wanted to know where I bought them and how I heard of them. It's funny, they had all been to doctors chasing these symptoms around for years and yet had never heard of enzyme supplements, let alone where to buy them. AllStarHealth has the best price I've seen of the Plant Enzymes, so this would be the place to buy yours too.
