Manufacturer's Directions:
Combine 4 level scoops of QUICKMASS in 16oz of cold water and mix thoroughly in blender. Take serving #1 between your morning and afternoon meal, followed by a seond serving immediately following resistance training or athletic event. On non-training days, take serving #2 30 minutes prior to bedtime. For optimum mass weight gain serults, it is recommended to consume QUICKMASS twice daily for an 8 week period.
