Manufacturer's Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 tablets 2-3 times daily, 30 minutes before eating, with 16 oz of water. Read entire label before use and follow all directions. Begin use with lower dose to assess tolerance. May use in conjunction with CHEAT TABS.
