Details: It is very tasty. But kinda cakey! It doesn't really clump anymore than the other proteins when you mix, it just has a batter consistency at first. If you want to build muscle and shave fat, this is a great alternative to high calorie, fat and carb proteins. I call it a "smart protein shake." This is because it satisfy's your muscle needs in the mornings and after workouts without putting excess carbs in your body. So you can get your protein and enjoy it too!!!
