Manufacturer's Directions:
Take 4 capsules before training, then another 4 capsules after training. Always consume 1-2 glasses of water immediately following each serving of XC4. For best results, use 2 servings of XC4 on non-training days: 4 with breakfast and 4 with lunch. For stronger programs, up to 8 capsules twice daily may be taken. XC4 may be used by men and women.
