Manufacturer's Directions:
Add 3 rounded scoops (180g) to blender and mix with 16 fl.oz. of low fat milk for 30-45 seconds or until completely mixed. For a frothy consistency, add 3-6 ice cubes to blender. Take 1-3 times daily after meals or before and/or after workouts. Also consider adding NOW Flax Seed Oil for enhanced nutritional benefit.
