Do not comsume REDLINE on an empty stomach. Comnsuming REDLINE on an empty stomach may cause naueousness. Always begin with one to two REDLINE capsules daily to assess tolerance! Never exceed more than six total capsules daily or more than three caps in a four hour period. As a dietary supplment take three capsules before morning cardiovascular and/or resistance exercise. To avoid muscle catabolism (breakdown) during workout, always drink some type of high grade protein, such as ZEROCARB PROTEIN or MICELLEAN BIOACTIVE SUPERFOOD prior to training.
