Excellent Product

I mix 5g with a little sugar free hawaiian punch twice during each workout and I've noticed leaner gains. I carry the jug in my gym bag & mix between sets. Im used to the taste, which I have come to associate with good gains! I don't think there is a better product for the price. I have been training 35 years and am definitely considered "hard core" and I strongly recommend this product to serious lifters.

Great value for great stuff!!

Many People are swayed into products by big companies such as bsn, usp labs and universal nutrition that market bcaa's and charge a buttload of money because it's flavored. This is pure product no fillers. It tastes awful, but if you have a shot glass i encourage you throw your dose in there along with any other unflavored untasty supplement (ex l-arginine) and chase it with a glass of gatorade or koolaide. I take it pre and post work out and found great gains. Leaner gains as compared to using whey products.

Can beat it!

I've been looking at 1FAST400 BCAA for a while now. I was hesitant, because the brand name sounds lame and there is almost no description about the product on the order page. I bought this after reading Tom's review and he is right. It's great stuff. It comes in a nice big heavy-duty plastic supplement jug. All of the info is printed on the jugs label and there is a scoop inside. It doesn't mix well or taste very pleasant, but there are ways to mask the taste like how Tom wrote about. I mix it in with my Chocolate protein and chug it. After a while; I couldn't even taste it anymore. Cant beat 200-5g servings of BCAA for $29.99 anywhere!

excellent value. pure bcaa's and nothing else.

it's pure, unflavored bcaa powder at an unbeatable price. it doesn't mix very well with water because it isn't "instantized" by adding maltodextrin like many brands. here's a tip...if you want flavored bcaa's, buy the sugar free drink mix packets that are meant to flavor 16oz water bottles. a box of 20 is usually less than $2 at any food store. mix 16oz of cold water with 2 scoops bcaa's and a drink mix packet. shake well and chug it. it's cheap, contains no sugar and completely masks the taste of the bcaa's.
