Details: i have been taking this for over a year now, and it does work!just takes a couple of weeks before you notice the benefits,capsules are easy to swallow,and it works! thats the amazing part.i stoped taking it for a couple of weeks and could tell a big difference,needless to say im back on them now and will continue until i find something better,ive tried a couple other things with no results,again this really does work,and for just under 13.00 you can,t beat it.
