IsoNatural is a pure whey protein isolate, with no flavour, no sugar, no sweetener and no colour added. Each serving contains 27 grams of protein, less than 1/2 gram of fat, less than 1 gram of carbohydrates and is virtually lactose free. IsoNatural whey protein isolate is derived from an ultra-low temperature micro-filtration process. The filtering of the whey protein through an ultra-low temperature allows for less denaturization of the protein and the mirco-filter process reduces bacteria growth. The combination of “ultra-low temperature” and “micro-filtration” permits an enhanced protein mirco fraction profile, providing the user with a higher bioavailable product. IsoNatural is an agglomerated protein isolate which enlarges particle size and increases flowability and solubility. This permits easy mixing when fruits or other ingredients are added.
