Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement take 4 (Four) 3MPD CAPTABs twice daily with water, take with or without food.
Workout Days: (Evening Training Sessions) Upon waking take 1st dose and Following intense training sessions. (Morning training sessions) Take your 1st dose after training and your 2nd dose 6 to 8 hours later. (Mid-day training Sessions) Take your 1st dose after training and your 2nd dose prior to sleeping.
Non-Workout Days: Take 1st dose upon waking and your 2nd dose 6 to 8 hours later.
NOTE: The most INTENSE results felt on your 3rd day of your dosage schedule. Take 3 days in a row as recommended above. Works best when stacked with Hemanovol, see separate dosing schedule with Hemanovol product packaging.
