Manufacturer's Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet in the morning with food. TO void sleepness, avoid taking Poison after 12pm. Do not take more than 1 tablet in a 24-hour period. Do not use more than 4 weeks without a 2 week break in between.
