Day 1 through 5, as a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule per day 30 minutes before workout. After day 5, as a dietary supplement, take one (1) to two (2) capsule 30 minutes before your workout or any activity that requires extreme energy and high mental concentration. Do not exceed four (4) capsules in any 24-hour period.
