Pleasant flavors and helpful way to drink water. Better if mixed with half the water recommended. Does help you not snack between meals.

Details: This is a very helpful aid with a good low calorie diet. I use it to help me get between my 5 meals/snack plan. The drink itself is low in calories and I use half the water to mix it so it taste much better. To make sure I'm getting the recommended amount of water I drink a cup of plain water with it. It helps get my daily water down since I'm not crazy about drinking plain water and I can't stress how important water consumption is to the success of a diet. AllStar Health has the best price I could find even considering shipping cost, unfortunately there is a third flavor I like best that isn't offered through this outfit.
