Manufacturer's Directions
As a dietary supplement, consume 2 capsules daily. For best results, use recommended dose 45-60 minutes prior to exercise. On non-training days, take recommended dose before breakfast. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not use for longer than 12 weeks.
