Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C) is a naturally occurring phytochemical found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli or cabbage. Indole-3-Carbinol provides powerful antioxidant protection, helping to prevent cellular damage caused by free radicals. Indole-3-Carbinol also harnesses a unique ability to modulate Estrogen metabolism or simply channel "bad" Estrogen into "good" Estrogen.
