Method One is for general training and fitness. Take 5 Muscle Mass tablets with your pre exercise meal and 5 additional Muscle Mass tablets with your post exercise meal. Take 15-20 Muscle Mass tablets (preferably on an empty stomach) first thing in the morning or prior to training.
