Jarrow Formulas 100% all natural Whey Protein is rich in glycomacropeptides, which are biologically active proteins that improve the digestion and absorption of nutrients and growth of bifidobacteria.

Whey Protein is manufactured using a vegetarian renet enzyme and is specially processed to concentrate and preserve glutamine. Mix one level scoop (provided in container) of 100% nautral WHey Protein with 4 to 6 oz. of cold water, soy-milk, juice or your favorite beverage. Take 1 to 2 servings daily after exercise, or as directed by your qualified health consultant. For a protein-rich shake or smoothie, mix or blend 2 to 4 scoops of whey with crushed ice and add juice or fruit to desired taste. When a protein supplement is desired, use 1 to 3 scoops. Details: If you’re reading this review of Jarrow’s 100% Whey Protein Unflavored you are probably already familiar with the benefits of extra protein in general and whey protein powders in particular. Jarrow's label mentions a few things I haven’t seen on other protein powders; that it is free of pesticides and herbicides, that each batch is tested for antibiotics and that it is minimally processed to preserve the maximum biological activity of the protein. It suggests a few basic ways to use the product such as mixing it with juice or milk or fruit. But we have found this to be such a useful and versatile product; it’s a little surprising Jarrow hasn’t put more emphasis on all the different things you can do with it. You can essentially make this protein powder any flavor you want, and change the flavor on a shake to shake basis. That’s a welcome change from being stuck with one flavor through 25 consecutive servings!
