Mis one or two scoops of Pure WPI with milk, juice, or your favorite beverage or as an additional ingredient to foods. | Details: Great protein, without the fat, cholesterol, etc found in other protein. I compared the protein percentage to ALL the major and minor brands, this one has the most per gram [actual protein!].
I usually order two 5 lbs containters at a time, saves on shipping costs. And I usually order Vanilla and Natural, but last time I tried the Wild Berry. Yucks!!!....Avoid the Wild Berry, it's HORRIBLE! Fake taste that even smells artificial. More like a cheap perfume! I had a real tough time finishing the W.Berry 5-pounder. Thank god it's over now, and now no more deviating from the usual of Vanilla and Natural flavors.
Apart from that, it's a great product. Also, claims that it "does not" create gas/bloating as other whey proteins do, is wrong! This too creates the same, so if you have trouble digesting whey protein, this protein will not change that. Keep that in mind.
