Manufacturer's Directions
Mix one or two scoops of WHEY PLEX with 6-12 oz. of water, milk, juice, or your favorite food or beverage. Take 1-3 servings per day or as recommended by your licensed nutrionist, personal trainer or physician. WHEY PLEX is instantized and mixes easily with a spoon, but may be blended with fruit and ice for a delicious shake. Eat at least 4 meals of regular food each day.
