Adults and Children 12 years of age and older: 1 tablespoon before meals & at bedtime. FOr daytime fatigue and stress, continue use until tonic effect occurs, usually after two weeks.

Do not give to children under 12 years of age. For occassional use only. Not intended for use as a substitute for sleep. If fatigue or drowsiness persists or continues to recur, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, consult a doctor. Insomnia may be a symptom of serious underlying illness.
