Old Formula Better

In my honest opinion, the old formula is better by a long run.

Not Bad

I think unless you have a very hi tolerance for caffeine then this will do just fine with it. I tried both the new 1mr and jacked formulas and i think 1mr is better.

Not that good

I've tried lots of pre-workouts, and i wasn't at all impressed with 1MR. I remember the old vesion being good, but this new formulation is garbage. if you're new to pre-workouts, i would recommend Maximize, Super Charge, or Body Surge. Those were the last 3 i tried prior to 1MR and the pumps and energy i got from them was much superior to this one. wish they would bring the old formula back.

Im currently on my third container of 1MR. Likely the best preworkout product Ive ever used. One scoop is more than enough. Usually takes about 30-45 min. to feel a heat come over me; from there the workout is on. From the very first time I noticed an increase in strength and endurance. I was up 10 lbs for the same amount of reps on curls, dumbell press. Ive had mixed reviews from others. Some have similar testimonies as mine others experience lesser effects, but definitely worth trying. Original formula is best.
