Each soft gel provides the equivalent of 1 ounce of Cranberry Juice Cocktail (27% juice) without the added sweeteners and unpleasant bitter taste. Four soft gels provide the equivalent of four ounces (or 1/2 cupful).
Carlson Cranberry Concentrate is cold-pressed from fresh, ripe cranberries; concentrated by the removal of water; then encapsulated to preserve the freshness of the juice concentrate. No sweeteners (sugar), preservatives, artificial colors or flavors are added.
