Manufacturer's Directions
For Loading: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop (5 grams), mixed into 8 ounces of water, or mix with your favorite fruit juice for better absorption. Use 4 to 5 times daily for 5 days. Thereafter, take 1 scoop 1 to 2 times a day, once before and once after each workout.
