Champion's Ultramet Lite is a leaner, meaner version of their popular Ultramet meal replacement drink mix. With a third less calories and about a quarter less protein than regular Ultramet, it's probably a better choice for those trying to lean up rather than those trying to pack on muscle weight. Like regular Ultramet, Ultramet Lite gives you the benefit of both fast and slow release protein from whey and casein. You'll also get about 50% the RDA of all your essential vitamins and minerals.

For a rich creamy shake, mix one packet into 12 oz. of cold water. For best results use a shaker or blender. Use 2 servings per day or as directed as part of a nutritionally balanced diet plan providing 400 or more calories.
