Enriched all purpose flour, CJ protein blend (soy protein isolate, whey protein isolate), sugar, egg yolk, egg whites, yogurt powder, natural and artificial vanilla flavor, baking powder, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, salt, lecithin.
Manufacturer's Directions
For original pancake recipe: Combine 2 scoops water to 2 scoops powder. Mix thoroughly. Cook approximately 300 to 350 degrees F for approximately 1 to 2 minutes per side. Adjust accordingly for griddle variations.
For higher protein alternate pancake recipe: Combine 1 scoop water and 1 and 1/2 scoops egg whites or egg beaters to 2 scoops powder. Mix thoroughly. Cook approximately 300 to 350 degrees F for approximately 1 to 2 minutes per side. Adjust accordingly for griddle variations.
For original waffle recipe: Combine 1 and 1/2 scoops water to 2 scoops powder. Mix using wire whisk. Cook in waffle maker 3-4 minutes.
