Reliable and easy to eat

I love these for endurance sports, esp. xc skiing and running, where eating on the go is less easy than on the bike, for these reasons: - easy and quick to eat, even while running - goes down easy, even when one doesnt feel like eating but knows one should - not messy!!! Unlike gels - more easily "dosed" than gel - easy to eat just a few and save rest of package In sub-freezing temps, these will turn into ice blocks. Keep close to core to avoid this. Highly recommended.

Excellent product

Im diabetic and carry these with me everywhere. They are easy to keep with you, pocket, car, gear bag, etc. They taste great without being hard to swallow like a lot of bars or gels.
