Manufacturer's Directions
Take 5 tablets, once per day, 60 minutes before your workout and anytime on non-workout days. After every 2 bottles (2 months), cycle off for 2 weeks before reintroducing this supplement back into your daily routine. For best results, Blue Gene should be used in combination with other Controlled Labs products, at least 1-2 gallons of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
