Details: This has helped in other ways I wasn't expecting. Not sure what results yet for the Testosterone Booster, but it makes the metabolism SCREAM!!!! I can tell you now, out of many thermogenics I have tried, even though this isn't marketed that way, this will give you results. The Blue Stim Complex does a GREAT job of pumping up the heart rate and making you sweat. I weigh more than 225, and it suggests 3 pills per serving. I would NOT recommend that at all. Try 1 to start, I started at 2 and get real jittery and feel my heart pumping like mad. I am reducing my intake to 1 capsule per dose to see if that helps. I have dropped about 3lbs in a week and haven't changed anything other than product. This is just honest feedback from what I am seeing as results.
