Initial Instructions: Start by taking 1/2 scoop mixed in 2-3 oz of cold water to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.

Directions for usage: Take 1-2 scoops with breakfast or spread throughout the day. Mix with 3-6 oz of cold water. Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day.

Fish Oil:

Initial Instructions: Start by taking 1 softgel to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.

Directions for usage: Take 2 softgels, once or twice per day with meals. Consume with at least 6 oz of water. Take this product daily for overall health. Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day.
