Good Product

How can one really tell if a product "works" for you, unless you've used it consistently for a long period of time? Well, have used this product for the past year and it seems to be doing its job. It digests easily for me and doesn't make my stomach hurt like the old generic multivitamin from Walmart did... that was actual stomach pain and I had to stop taking it. I will tell you about me and my workout regimen so maybe you can get a basis for my statements and usage, and maybe you can get a better feel for how Orange Triad may or may not suit you: I am a 200 lbs adult and weight train very intensely for an hour, about 4-5 days per week, which takes a toll on my body and immune system. I don't take the full 6 tablets every day. In fact, over the past year, I have gone many days where I didn't use it at all (mostly in my planned weeks of rest where I choose not to workout at all and I know I obtain all the vitamins and nutrients I need from my solid nutrition plan). I'm not a believer in obtaining vitamins and minerals only from supplements. Some days, when I feel my body needs supplemental nutrients (like the days I workout), I take 2 tabs of orange triad, either once per day (2 tabs total) or twice per day (4 tabs total). Rarely do I take all 6 tabs as the dosage chart suggests, but I will if I am in a very intense and consistent workout routine when I know my body needs all the help it can get from both whole foods and supplemental nutrients. I am very skeptical of many products out there and I am very careful about what I research and spend money on. However, I continue to purchase this product because I feel like it's doing what it should do - maintain healthy energy levels, support recovery, improve immunity (I HATE getting sick on a hard training cycle), and an array of other issues. Not sure if I believe the "joint support" part, but I also cannot necessarily deny it. If you workout a lot, or more than me, then I would also use more of this product. If you workout less, or less intensely, then maybe you won't need as much. I will not give most products a 5-star rating because I feel like there is always room for improvement - either in ingredients, or in price. This seems like a good value for me and my needs.

I'll Never use another Multi, OT All the Way!!

Great active multi + joint/digestive/immune support! What else could you ask for in ONE product? The joint support is very helpful in my surgically repaired shoulder. The digestive support is very beneficial as well. Also, have my arthritic parents using it with great success! :)
