Manufacturer's Directions
Directions: Start by taking 1 tablet to asses your individual tolerance. If you experience high blood pressure dizziness, or any other unusual occurence, stop and consult your doctor.
REDuction PM Regimen: Take 2 Black Tablets 30 minutes before bed with at least 12 ounces of water. Take this product very night, including non-workout days. Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day.
