Manufacturer's Directions
Take 4 capsules 30 minutes prior to your workout. You can start with 2 capsules and then build up to 4 to assess your tolerance. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Due to the powerful nature of this product, take two days off per week and only use pre-workout. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep.
