Do not exceed 10,000 I.U. of vitamin A per day. Pregnant women and women of child bearing age, do not exceed 8,000 I.U. of vitamin A per day. Two (2) softgels contain 5,000 I.U. of vitamin A from cod liver oil and 5,000 I.U. of beta carotene.
